Our Team


Colin A. Jones

Principal, President & CEO

Mr. Jones brings 29 years of experience in introducing new products, brands and concepts to global markets. He is an expert in developing creative promotional and go-to-market strategies.

Mr. Jones was the founder and a former Director of the Board of Premium Cigars International Ltd. (PCIG), a public NASDAQ-listed company. He was instrumental in the implementation of the $11MM Initial Public Offering for PCIG. Before PCIG, Mr. Jones was founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Can-Am International, a corporation in British Columbia, Canada. Currently Mr. Jones drives projects that involve real estate, corporate finance, and the import of various product lines to both Canada and the United States.

Mr. Jones attended Douglas College in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Jodi & sons Oliver & Elliot. His interests include golf, hiking, reading, cooking and traveling.

David Johnson

Principal, VP Sales & Business Development

David brings seasoned expertise from both sides of retail, brick & mortar and e-commerce. At Target and Amazon, he worked across diverse categories including technology, home, and consumables. This multi-faceted background gives David a unique vantage point for strategizing and developing solutions for retail business.

David has helped Target source trendy international brands like Liberty of London, John Derian, and Missoni. At Amazon, he launched a store for consumer electronics accessories. He also managed retail vendors for the grocery beverage and personal computers divisions. David attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities where he studied economics and finance. He loves to play tennis, read, travel, dine, and hike. He currently resides in Seattle, Washington.

Lynn Oates


Lynn draws from his deep accounting and finance background to keep Omni ePartners moving on solid ground. He has guided the finances of public and private companies in beverage, distribution and natural resource industries. He is a CPA and has Masters Degrees in Accounting and in Taxation. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. When not working, Lynn is probably playing golf.

Scott Bowman

Director of Supply Chain & Logistics

Scott joined Omni ePartners in 2012 to apply his talents to management, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain operations. He spent his previous 11 years owning and operating his own business. Scott has his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Illinois State University. His interests include engaging his children’s sporting activities, golf, horseback riding and cooking.

Sophie Gao

Finance Analyst

In December 2014, Sophie joined Omni ePartners as a Financial Analyst. Previously, she worked with a manufacturer to improve accountability and operations, developing inventory-maintenance procedures and internal control environments.

Sophie holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business. Prior, she earned a Bachelor of Management degree while living in China. Her scores prove her skills: she passed all 14 courses of the ACCA, a rigorous exam for British CPAs.

Always active, Sophie taught an advanced accounting course, volunteered for Tempe Community, and interned at a Fortune 500 Insurance Company. PwC China recognized her outstanding performance with a glowing letter of recommendation. Sophie has studied abroad in the United States, China and Hong Kong. She's a committed team-player who loves collaboration.

Suzanne Arons

Brand Manager

Suzanne Arons came to Omni ePartners in the spring of 2011, bringing with her a rich background in online retail management and marketing. Earlier, she spent 15 years mastering brick & mortar retail, honing skills in purchasing, merchandising and management for Tommy Hilfiger, The Gap Inc., The Limited, Inc., Marshall Field & Company and Carson Pirie Scott & Company.

Suzanne handles all facets of brand management: vendor portal set up, merchandising strategy, sales support, brand negotiations, and ongoing brand maintenance. Suzanne is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holding one degree in Business Administration, and a second in Textile and Design Science. Suzanne is a busy, loving mom of two girls, ages 11 & 14. She appreciates family and spending time with her children through school and sports activities.

Vicky Sweeney

Brand Manager

Vicky has been part of the Omni ePartners team since 2008. She oversees points of contact between brands and e-commerce platforms, driving day to day business and executing long-range plans.

Vicky takes charge of setting up brands, maximizing sales through special programs, and maintaining product listings. She also ensures optimal placements and resource interfaces between Omni ePartners clientele and platforms such as Amazon. Vicky’s background includes paralegal work, business management, several start-up companies, and ownership of a medical insurance billing business in Phoenix. She loves photography, hiking, and yoga.

Chris Acosta

Brand Manager

Chris Acosta recently joined Omni ePartners after studying finance at Western Washington University and the University of South Dakota. Before honing his skills in financial modeling, he worked for AT&T as a sales consultant, taking a customer-first approach to service and retail sales. He enjoys hiking, traveling, and family.

Tina Jackson

Logistics Manager & Brand Analyst

Tina Jackson joined Omni ePartners in April of 2012. Her mix of talents include team leadership, supply chain management and for-profit education. Tina pays attention to brand details, maintaining creative quality for product listings. She also assists in fulfilling purchase orders and managing logistics. In her spare time, Tina enjoys being a mom to her toddler son Adam, and teaches her favorite class part–time, Zumba!
