Colin A. Jones
CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER SCOTTSDALE, AZ
Mr. Jones brings 30+ years of experience in introducing new products, brands and concepts to global markets. He is an expert in developing creative promotional and go-to-market strategies.
Mr. Jones was the founder and a former Director of the Board of Premium Cigars International Ltd. (PCIG), a public NASDAQ-listed company. He was instrumental in the implementation of the $11MM Initial Public Offering for PCIG. Before PCIG, Mr. Jones was founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Can-Am International, a corporation in British Columbia, Canada. Currently Mr. Jones drives projects that involve real estate, corporate finance, and the import of various product lines to both Canada and the United States.
Mr. Jones attended Douglas College in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Jodi and two sons Oliver and Elliot. His interests include golf, hiking, reading, cooking and traveling.
CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER SEATTLE, WA
David brings seasoned expertise from both sides of retail, brick-and-mortar and e-commerce. At Target and Amazon, he worked across diverse categories including technology, home, and consumables. This multi-faceted background gives David a unique vantage point for strategizing and developing solutions for retail business.
David has helped Target source trendy international brands like Liberty of London, John Derian, and Missoni. At Amazon, he launched a store for consumer electronics accessories. He also managed retail vendors for the grocery beverage and personal computers divisions. He loves to play tennis, read, travel, dine and hike. He currently resides in Seattle, Washington.

Celebrating more than 42 years in CPG and Beverages, James Tonkin has served the private-sector as a brand and marketing development professional. He directs the building and design of national infrastructures for food and beverage industry clients. Tonkin has successfully created and implemented over 450 business and financial strategies for domestic and international players—focusing from production to branding, marketing through sales implementation, distribution, capital formation thru the exit!
In his free time, Jim enjoys hiking, golfing or reading a good book.
CONTROLLER SCOTTSDALE, AZ
Mark brings strong technical skills in accounting, auditing and finance to OMNI. Mark offers a profound knowledge of financial management, stemming from over 20 years of experience in the area. His previous positions include Country and Regional Manager, Chief Financial/Administrative Officer, Division Controller and Audit Manager.
Mark graduated from Minnesota State University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. In addition, he has taken several executive MBA courses, with a strong focus on strategic planning and analysis. In his free time, Mark enjoys listening to jazz and running marathons.

Jennifer brings over 15 years of retail experience, with a focus on merchandising, category management and go-to-market strategy. She is passionate about e-commerce., and has spent the last several years working for industry leading e-tailers including Amazon.com and Bluenile.com.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her family, running, yoga and paddle boarding.

Diana has a an extensive background in product development and e-commerce brand management, bringing to the team strong experience in online product launch strategies, campaign management and promotions marketing (digital & offline channels). While living abroad, Diana completed a master's degree in International Management in Italy.
In her free time, when Diana is not traveling, hiking, snowboarding or doing yoga, she can be found in the kitchen cooking and entertaining friends and family.

Suzanne began her career with OMNI ePartners in the spring of 2011 and brings with her a diverse background in brand management and marketing, as well as 15 years of retail purchasing, merchandising and management experience for such companies as Tommy Hilfiger, The Gap Inc., The Limited, Inc., Marshall Field & Company and Carson Pirie Scott & Company.
She handles all facets of brand management including, but not limited to: brand setup, merchandising strategy, sales support, brand negotiations and maintenance.
Suzanne is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Textile and Design Science. Suzanne is a busy mom of two girls, ages 14 and 17. Her outside interests include her family, traveling, reading, cooking, attending her children's activities, running and keeping fit.

Kristin joins Omni with experience working with major online retailers such as Amazon and Nordstrom. Fresh out of college she moved to NYC and started her career as an intern under the fashion designer Betsey Johnson. Since then she has moved back to her beloved Seattle and has worked on various projects with major Brands such as REI, Nuna, Baby Bling, TOMS, PUMA, Patagonia, Capezio, Storksak, & glassybaby. She is passionate about new product launches, creating promotional strategies and marketing campaigns, and is an expert in synthesizing customer behavior, translating that in how to merchandise products.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Kristin likes all things outdoors. Top passions include skiing, yoga, hiking, backpacking, traveling, and her most recent interest, bouldering.
BRAND MANAGER SEATTLE, WA
Brandy is an Arkansas native and data analysis ninja with expertise in bridging the gap between finance and merchandising planning. She spent over six years at Sam's Club where she held multiple merchandising and planning roles in various grocery categories.
Prior to joining the team, Brandy was a Sr. Sales Analyst at Abbott Nutrition where she supported accounts in the Adult and Pediatric Nutrition accounts for Costco. At OMNI, Brandy helps brands with building trust and loyalty through effective brand positioning strategies that improve customer lifetime value and boost profits.
When Brandy isn’t working on a winning digital marketing strategy for brands, she can be found at the gym, hiking or kayaking with her two dogs.

Ashley is an ecommerce and brick-and-mortar pro with over 10 years' experience in retail, business operations and sales. She brings a wealth of knowledge and resources in insight-led decision making, assortment optimization and category marketing from previous years working in merchandising and vendor management from retail giants as Nordstrom and Blue Nile. She knows a thing or two how to achieve optimum sales and profit performance for our partners.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys exploring new cities and countries, shopping for killer deals and boating in the Pacific Northwest with family and friends.

In 2015, James graduated from Seattle University with degrees in Criminal Justice and Spanish. While pursuing a career in law enforcement, he found his niche in customer relations. Prior to OMNI ePartners, James was a Customer Service Representative with Expeditors International of Washington, and he brings this customer-centric approach with him as he helps to develop brands.
When not in the office, you can find James in the gym. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and discovering whiskey bars around Seattle.

Prior to Omni, Eliot worked at Amazon as a vendor manager in musical instruments before joining Fender Guitars as a director of sales.
Eliot happily returned to Seattle 2.5 years ago after time in St. Louis and Madison, Wisconsin. He grew up in Kirkland and loves the traditional Seattle activities - hiking, coffee, the Seahawks, seafood, etc. He is passionate about cooking and spends much of his free time in the kitchen, hosting dinner parties, and trying new restaurants. When he’s not immersed in a new recipe, he plays on a surprisingly competitive co-ed flag football team and also enjoys playing tennis.

Ryan previously worked as an Assistant Site Merchandiser and Brand Management, aligning content marketing and product page optimization strategies for brands on Amazon and Overstock. He earned a B.A in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in International Business from Western Washington University.
Ryan’s marketing expertise helps brands achieve greater profitability and growth by focusing on marketing initiatives that increase traffic and sales across online marketplaces. Tyler joined OMNI ePartners after graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Business MIS and a minor in International Business. During Tyler’s final year at Western, he worked for DOWS, Inc. and found a passion for the eCommerce industry.

Brad is an e-commerce advertising strategist and digital media rainmaker with over 10 years’ experience executing cutting-edge marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. As a founder member of Amazon Media Group (AMG), Brad was one of the pioneers of Amazon’s strategic sales (ISO) team where he strategized and launched various CPG client campaigns on Amazon’s owned-and-operated properties, and is well versed in affiliate marketing and targeting strategies from his time at RetailMeNot and Impact Radius.
At OMNI, Brad creates and implements high-converting marketing strategies that deliver art quality and customer value through perfectly tailored experiences to drive growth and profitability for our brand partners and retailers.
Prior to joining the team, he worked at Google, where he managed Large Customer Sales (LCS) relationships, providing market analysis and marketing campaign solutions to Fortune 500 clients boosting traffic and e-commerce sales through AdWords, Google Display Network and Youtube advertising.
When he's not busy staying up-to-date on the latest consumer technology, Brad enjoys landscape photography, hiking with his dog and making killer beats with the latest software.

Sean brings strong experience in digital marketing and content creation to OMNI's marketing dream team. Most recently he held a position with a digital marketing agency where he managed online end-to-end advertising campaigns. gaining strong experience in data-driven campaign optimization, writing ad copy, media buying and reporting.
Sean is a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, listening to podcasts and building terrariums.

A lover of content, commerce and the customer experience, Ashley is no stranger to e-commerce marketing and visual merchandising — both online and in stores. She has more than 8 years' experience leading merchandising strategies and promotional plans for Stein Mart, Bon-Ton, HDS Marketing and CSE powered by HALO.
Ashley helps brands develop a winning, ROI-based brand content strategy that delivers real, valuable results that positively affect your bottom line. Prior to joining OMNI ePartners, she received a bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Born and raised in the state of Wisconsin, Ed moved here to Arizona to pursue furthering his knowledge of Computer Science. He is currently attending The University of Advancing Technology online and is on track to graduate in May of 2019 with a B.S in Computer Science. He has experience working in customer-oriented environments as well as the Information Technology industry.

Joe’s background is in supply chain and logistics management. Previously, he held a position at Expeditors International where he gained experience in global logistics. At OMNI, Joe uses his logistical experience to improve operational processes across all platforms.

Prior to joining Omni, Shelby worked for Valero Energy in San Antonio, Texas, as a product scheduler on the trading floor. At Valero, she gained valuable experience in inventory management and reducing operational costs. Shelby is an Oklahoma native, where she attended the University of Oklahoma and earned degrees in Supply Chain Management and Energy Management.
At OMNI, Shelby uses her passion for improving supply chain processes and operational efficiencies to help brands become more successful.

Greg is equal parts technical wizard and creative genius with 7+ years of experience in software development and enterprise resource planning (ERP), bringing with him a proven track record of successfully designing and delivering complex end-to-end system solutions for startups to large corporations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
Prior to joining the operations and engineering team, Greg worked as a Sr. Full Stack Engineer and Software Engineer for xTuple's and Cali Style Technologies where he supported clients in improving online hardware and software requirements for major clients such as Dollar Beard Club. At OMNI, Greg is responsible for improving the alignment of IT with business needs.
In his spare time, Greg is a true adventurer. He enjoys surfing, rocking climbing, doing yoga and prototyping with new software technologies.

Khyati recently graduated with a master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Washington and interned with OMNI during her studies. After graduating, she joined OMNI full-time as a member of the engineering team.
Previously, Khyati worked at Accenture for five years in business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing (DW) management.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Gage moved to Arizona in 2014 and graduated with a B.S in Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Advancing Technology. His previous work experience includes managing inventory control systems, user experience (UX) optimization using big data and analytics, as well as designing and developing integrated development environments (IDE).

Balram is a technology enthusiast who is passionate about making data accessible for people to use. He started as an intern in the engineering team and ended up enjoying the vibrant work environment and the amount of ownership. He holds a masters degree in information systems from the University of Washington.
Prior to Omni, Balram has worked in Amdocs as a software developer and helped his clients in four different countries to manage their customer data. He is utilizing his three years of rich experience to create a robust infrastructure for data acquisition and reporting at Omni.
When he is not coding, Balram enjoys a few beers, the outdoors, playing cricket and playing badminton.

Another wizard from the tech world, Kelli is an Administrative and Tech Support maven with 9 years’ experience in the IT industry, including computing configuration and antivirus solutions.
